Cruzbike Quest 1
This was Kim Tolhurst’s demo machine and he used it to sell bikes in Asia. Used for travel in Europe in a suitcase.
- Custom long chainstay, built for purpose
- lightweight Aero tailbox,
- extra 26” drive wheel and tyre.
Upgrades since I’ve owned it are:
- 406 /20″ disc brake wheels with shutter precision dyno on rear wheel,
- front cog 7 speed approx 11 to 40t.
$600 PLUS freight and handling.

Cruzbike Quest 2
This bike was restored from a wreck and has a custom timber rear seat / tailbox adapted for the bike.
Homemade seatpost for standard seat, however standard seat is cracked.
Upgrades since I’ve owned it are:
- 406 /20″ disc brake wheels with shutter precision dyno on rear wheel,
- spare small chainstay,
- front cog 7 speed approx 11 to 40t.
- The tailbox is highly customisable, its lid can be lifted to carry more load, and the side panels can be covered with cloth or old t-shirts to publicise or show off whatever you want.
$400 PLUS freight and handling.
